At Just Bee Yoga + Well-being we introduce youth of all ages to the benefits and joys of yoga, breath-work and mindfulness.
There are wonderful physical benefits of yoga including improved strength, balance, coordination, body awareness and flexibility.
We also strongly believe in the emotional benefits of yoga, mindfulness & breath-work.
These are lifelong tools that can be used on – and off – the mat for overall health and well-being.

We are so excited to share our custom designed Just Bee™ Mindful Products. We have put our hearts into lovingly designing each item based on our experiences as mothers, grandmothers and yoga instructors. As a small company we are hands on throughout the entire process to bring you mindful tools we wish we had when our children were young.
Mindfulness gives children skills to improve their ability to pay attention, to develop an awareness of their emotions, to calm themselves when they are upset, and to help make better decisions.

With a combination of 28 (YES 28) grandchildren, we’re so excited to share yoga and mindfulness with children. We are Kay Epple and Cathy Fitzgerald and we are both RYT® 200 and RCYT 95 registered yoga teachers with a specialization in yoga for children, teens & families.
Realizing the incredible benefits of yoga and mindfulness for all ages, we have followed up with specialized training for children’s yoga and mindfulness at
