Just Bee Fierce

Yoga + Mindfulness Classes for Children, Teens + Families

At Just Bee Yoga + Well-being we introduce youth of all ages to the benefits and joys of yoga, breath-work and mindfulness.

There are wonderful physical benefits of yoga including improved strength, balance, coordination, body awareness and flexibility.

We also strongly believe in the emotional benefits of yoga, mindfulness & breath-work.

These are lifelong tools that can be used on – and off – the mat for overall health and well-being.

“If every 8 year old in the world is taught

meditation, we will eliminate violence from

the world within one generation.”

-Dalai Lama

Just Bee™ Boutique

We are so excited to share our custom designed Just Bee™ Mindful Products. We have put our hearts into lovingly designing each item based on our experiences as mothers, grandmothers and yoga instructors. As a small company we are hands on throughout the entire process to bring you mindful tools we wish we had when our children were young.

Mindfulness gives children skills to improve their ability to pay attention, to develop an awareness of their emotions, to calm themselves when they are upset, and to help make better decisions.

You will feel the love in every detail from the moment you open the package!

Welcome!

We are so glad you are here!

Mom shares her story

When my son was one, we took him for his annual checkup at the pediatrician. She had asked us beforehand to write down how many words he was speaking. My husband and I compiled a list and presented her approximately 50 words. She was surprised, and we became nervous...
