We are so excited to be able to once again hold classes in person! In our efforts to keep everyone safe, we have a few new procedures in place. For the summer months we will be taking advantage of beautiful Northern Michigan and holding all classes outdoors. We ask that you bring your own yoga mats, beach towels, or blankets as we will not be providing mats or sharing props during this time. Because we will be asking everyone to setup their own space 6 feet apart, we are inviting one adult to participate in class with our youngest age group, the Busy Bees. Hand sanitizers and wipes will be available for all classes. The toughest challenge will be not hugging everyone we see – we’ve missed all of you so much!

Yoga in the Park

Classes will be held outdoors amid the beautiful trees of the great lawn in front of Mission Table.

The Just Bee™ Mindful Mat

Mindfulness gives children skills to improve their ability to pay attention, to develop an awareness of their emotions, to calm themselves when they are upset, and to help make better decisions.

With a combination of 28 (YES 28) grandchildren, we’re so excited to share yoga and mindfulness with children. We are Kay Epple and Cathy Fitzgerald and we are both RYT® 200 RCYT 95 registered yoga teachers with a specialization in yoga for children, teens & families.

Realizing the incredible benefits for all ages, we have followed up with specialized training for children’s yoga and mindfulness at Well Bean Kids Yoga,  Rainbow Yoga & Cosmic Kids.

We are passionate about providing children and families with tools for living healthy, happy lives.

At Just Bee Yoga + Well-being, we believe that children learn kindness and compassion towards themselves and others through opportunities to give back and help those in need; it is in this spirit that we created Karma Yoga.

These are donation based classes where 100% of the proceeds go to the charity of the month. Children and families are invited to join us for a full hour of  music, yoga, dancing and fun. Recommended for families with children ages 3-11, but we welcome all ages.
