Yoga + Mindfulness Books For Children
There are so many wonderful books about Yoga + Mindfulness for children. This blog posts highlights just a few of our favorites.
A great way for kids (and adults) to process their emotions is through journaling. Writing our thoughts, making a gratitude list or setting goals can help us to understand ourselves. And what a cool memory to have years from now as you go back and read how you were feeling or see how you’ve grown and changed.
Your journal doesn’t have to be fancy, any simple notebook will do. But if you’d like something with more prompts to help you get started, check out Big Life Journal. They have some really cool and fun journals plus other great resources!
