Many of today’s youth feel constant stress, anxiety, and pressure to perform. Yoga + mindfulness classes give teens and pre-teens some much needed “down time”.
We encourage respect for others along with a love for one’s self, inside and out as we explore concepts such as trust, loving kindness, peace and gratitude.
Most importantly, these 60 minute classes are creative and fun providing a safe and encouraging environment for teens and tweens to relax and “just bee”.
We are so excited to be back in-person and are doing all we can to keep everyone safe and healthy!
Markings on the floor to help us maintain a minimum six (6) feet between all yoga mats.
Teachers & students (over the age of 2), are required to wear protective face coverings.
Class size is limited. Please register and pay online in advance.
Studio will be cleaned & disinfected after every class with EPA registered virus-killing disinfectant. Deep cleaning on a weekly basis.
Yoga mats will not be provided – please bring your own from home.
You should not sign-up or come to the studio/class if you have a cough, are running a fever, or have been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
